Shrimp "Q" Tail
Use BBQ sauce instead of cocktail sauce! Chill the Shrimp ice cold and use the sauce as a dip.
Ribs & Chicken
Continuously baste with sauce while cooking. The sauce will caramelize making them absolutely delicious.
Pork Roast, Butt, or Loin
Cook meat normally. Heat the sauce and liberally dowse the prepared meat with sauce.
Awesome Baked Beans
Take any brand of pork & beans and drain the sauce out. Add Mike Elliott's sauce with some cooked bacon and / or hamburger meat. Add some chopped scallions and heat.
Simple Slaw
Buy some "Angel Hair" Cabbage and mix with Mike Elliott's. It's that simple and good.
